Crows on the Skulls
Some PC’s have no luck. They can’t roll well when they need too, or want too. I do not wish to see PC’s perish because they are below-average on their roles. Or, are so afraid of bad rolls they never take any risks.
if a PC chooses to re-roll an important roll that could save their life, they can do so by calling out for luck… but the luck role has to be a last resort. And it has to have a permanent cost to keep pc’s from using it too often. but what should that cost be?
